Log into the Bell Home Hub web interface, usually at 192.168.2.1. Navigate to the 'Connected Devices' or similar section. Locate the SmartThings Station by its MAC address or device name, and the assigned IP address will be displayed.
Use a Wi-Fi analyzer app to scan for the least congested channels on both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. On the 2.4GHz band, channels 1, 6, and 11 are commonly used, but choose the one with the least interference. The 5GHz band typically offers more channels and less congestion. Also, use the Bell Giga Hub's advanced settings to disable band steering temporarily to force the SmartThings station onto the 5GHz band for testing purposes.
